Account Registration: Creating an account may be required for purchasing certain products. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for keeping it updated. Return, Shipping, and Subscription Box Policies
Return and Shipping Policy
Delivery: Products are delivered to the address specified in your order, based on the delivery option you selected. Please note that dispatch and delivery times are estimates only. Cancellations and Returns: We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you can cancel your order before shipment and within 30 days after delivery. This is known as the Cooling-Off Period, during which you are entitled to a full refund including the costs of return, provided you follow our return process.
Subscription Box Details
Content: Each subscription box contains up to $80 worth of crystals, curated to enhance your Gem Jitsu experience. Flexibility: You have the option to cancel or skip a month whenever necessary. Exclusive Access: Subscribers get exclusive access to products not available on our regular website. Shipping Schedule: Boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month. Orders placed on or after the 14th will be shipped the following month. Recurring Subscription: By subscribing, you agree to a recurring charge as per the listed frequency and price, until you decide to cancel.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, email contact@gemjitsu.com.Cancellation Timing: If you cancel your subscription, please note that you will still receive one final box. For example, if you order on January 1st and get charged, your order will ship on January 15th. This order cannot be returned or canceled as it is already processing. However, you can cancel the subscription for the subsequent months. In essence, after you cancel, you will always receive one more package as part of the final cycle of your subscription. By continuing with your purchase or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, including our return, shipping, and subscription policies.
